——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
btrfs: fix deadlock between reflink and transaction commit when using flushoncommit
When using the flushoncommit mount option, we can have a deadlock between
a transaction commit and a reflink operation that copied an inline extent
to an offset beyond the current i_size of the destination node.
The deadlock happens like this:
1) Task A clones an inline extent from inode X to an offset of inode Y
that is beyond Y's current i_size. This means we copied the inline
extent's data to a folio of inode Y that is beyond its EOF, using a
call to copy_inline_to_page();
2) Task B starts a transaction commit and calls
btrfs_start_delalloc_flush() to flush delalloc;
3) The delalloc flushing sees the new dirty folio of inode Y and when it
attempts to flush it, it ends up at extent_writepage() and sees that
the offset of the folio is beyond the i_size of inode Y, so it attempts
to invalidate the folio by calling folio_invalidate(), which ends up at
btrfs' folio invalidate callback - btrfs_invalidate_folio(). There it
tries to lock the folio's range in inode Y's extent io tree, but it
blocks since it's currently locked by task A - during a reflink we lock
the inodes and the source and destination ranges after flushing all
delalloc and waiting for ordered extent completion - after that we
don't expect to have dirty folios in the ranges, the exception is if
we have to copy an inline extent's data (because the destination offset
is not zero);
4) Task A then attempts to start a transaction to update the inode item,
and then it's blocked since the current transaction is in the
TRANS_STATE_COMMIT_START state. Therefore task A has to wait for the
current transaction to become unblocked (its state >=
TRANS_STATE_UNBLOCKED).
So task A is waiting for the transaction commit done by task B, and
the later waiting on the extent lock of inode Y that is currently
held by task A.

——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/msm: always recover the gpu
Previously, in case there was no more work to do, recover worker
wouldn't trigger recovery and would instead rely on the gpu going to
sleep and then resuming when more work is submitted.
Recover_worker will first increment the fence of the hung ring so, if
there's only one job submitted to a ring and that causes an hang, it
will early out.
There's no guarantee that the gpu will suspend and resume before more
work is submitted and if the gpu is in a hung state it will stay in that
state and probably trigger a timeout again.
Just stop checking and always recover the gpu.

——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: mt76: mt7921: fix potential deadlock in mt7921_roc_abort_sync
roc_abort_sync() can deadlock with roc_work(). roc_work() holds
dev->mt76.mutex, while cancel_work_sync() waits for roc_work()
to finish. If the caller already owns the same mutex, both
sides block and no progress is possible.
This deadlock can occur during station removal when
mt76_sta_state() -> mt76_sta_remove() -> mt7921_mac_sta_remove() ->
mt7921_roc_abort_sync() invokes cancel_work_sync() while
roc_work() is still running and holding dev->mt76.mutex.
This avoids the mutex deadlock and preserves exactly-once
work ownership.96dCVE-2026-708415.6 MED2.2%

——1NortheBridge/luminalshine is a Sunshine-compatible game stream host for Moonlight. Prior to version 26.05.0-rc4, a latent gap exists on a default install, the file at `src/platform/windows/misc.cpp` lives at `C:\ProgramData\LuminalShine\config\apps.json` and is created by the `SYSTEM` service. Under Windows' default `C:\ProgramData` inheritance, that gives `BUILTIN\Users` only Read+Execute — not writable — so the canonical EoP doesn't actually trigger on a vanilla install. Version 26.05.0-rc4 contains a patch for the issue. As a workaround, use default condition DACLs for `ProgramData`.1dCVE-2026-640625.5 MED2.2%
——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfs: Fix potential deadlock in write-through mode
Fix netfs_advance_writethrough() to always unlock the supplied folio and to
mark it dirty if it isn't yet written to the end. Unfortunately, it can't
be marked for writeback until the folio is done with as that may cause a
deadlock against mmapped reads and writes.
Even though it has been marked dirty, premature writeback can't occur as
the caller is holding both inode->i_rwsem (which will prevent concurrent
truncation, fallocation, DIO and other writes) and ictx->wb_lock (which
will cause flushing to wait and writeback to skip or wait).
Note that this may be easier to deal with once the queuing of folios is
split from the generation of subrequests.53dCVE-2026-981497.8 HIG2.2%
——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: Fix percpu map update indexing with sparse CPU IDs
Per-CPU array, hash, and cgroup storage map updates without BPF_F_CPU
or BPF_F_ALL_CPUS use a value buffer whose per-CPU slots are packed in
possible-CPU order. The buffer is sized as:
round_up(value_size, 8) * num_possible_cpus()
The update paths iterate over possible CPUs, but use the logical CPU ID
to calculate the source offset:
value + size * cpu
This only works when possible CPU IDs are contiguous starting at zero.
For example, with a possible CPU mask of 0,2-3, the buffer contains
three slots corresponding to CPUs 0, 2, and 3. CPU2 is therefore
expected to use slot 1 and CPU3 slot 2. Instead, the current code uses
slots 2 and 3 respectively, causing incorrect per-CPU values and an
out-of-bounds read from the update buffer for CPU3.
The corresponding lookup paths already use a dense offset while
iterating over possible CPUs. Do the same for the array, hash, and
cgroup storage update paths, advancing the source offset once for each
possible CPU. BPF_F_ALL_CPUS continues to use the same value for every
CPU.4dCVE-2026-908915.5 MED2.2%
