——1Node Version Manager (nvm) is a POSIX-compliant shell function for managing multiple node.js versions. In versions 0.40.5 through 0.40.8, `nvm_download_artifact` downloads a release archive directly to its final path in `$NVM_DIR/.cache` and verifies its checksum afterwards; on a checksum mismatch it reports an error but leaves the rejected archive in place. A later `nvm install --offline` of the same version installs that cached file without a checksum, so an archive that was just rejected gets installed and its `node` and `npm` run. This gives code execution to a party who can alter the downloaded tarball (for example a poisoned CDN or cache object) but cannot also forge the `SHASUMS256.txt` beside it, if the victim runs `nvm install --offline` for that version after the visible "Checksums do not match" failure and before any online retry. Version 0.41.0 only puts an archive in the cache once its checksum has passed.2dCVE-2026-1100228.4 ALT1.2%
——0The PFI plugin framework deploys executable assemblies (DLLs) from a signed plugin package into the local plugin repository and loads them via reflection, but the deployment routine processes archive entries that were never covered by the signature verification. An unauthenticated local attacker can replace an unsigned DLL outside the signed prefix in the archive passes verification and overwrites the legitimate signed assembly at the same destination path. The plugin loader then instantiates the attacker-supplied code without any additional integrity check resulting in a full compromise of the affected systems.2dCVE-2026-634025.9 MÉD18.4%
——6i18next is an internationalization framework for JavaScript. Prior to version 26.3.4, `deepExtend` in `src/utils.js` checks property existence with the in operator and recurses into inherited built-ins reached through `Object.prototype`. An application must explicitly pass attacker-controlled resource data to `addResourceBundle(lng, ns, data, deep, overwrite)` with both `deep: true` and `overwrite: true`. Source keys such as `hasOwnProperty`, `toString` and `valueOf` can then select shared inherited built-in function objects, and a nested value can overwrite a property of those objects process-wide. For example, making `Object.prototype.hasOwnProperty.call` non-callable causes subsequent uses, including i18next internals, to throw TypeError, resulting in unrecoverable denial of service and limited integrity impact. The `__proto__`/`constructor` guard does not prevent this mechanism because the corruption target is an inherited built-in function rather than the prototype object itself. Default calls without deep merging or with overwrite falsy are unaffected, and no standard i18next backend or integration uses the vulnerable configuration. This issue is distinct from the setPath/key-walking prototype-pollution flaws in i18next-fs-backend (CVE-2026-48713) and i18next-http-middleware (CVE-2026-48714). This issue is fixed in version 26.3.4.1dCVE-2026-546103.3 BAI1.7%
——1LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files. Prior to 0.14, `bit_TV_to_utf8()` in `src/bits.c` can write to the caller-provided `src` buffer despite accepting const input. On an `iconv()` error other than `E2BIG`, the function frees its output buffer and passes the original input alias to `bit_u_expand()`, which expands or shrinks Unicode and multibyte escape sequences in place. If the input is a string literal, read-only mapping, or other immutable buffer, the write can cause a segmentation fault and denial of service; mutable caller-owned input can be unexpectedly modified before being returned. This affects applications that expose the conversion API to untrusted input under those conditions. Direct file-triggered exploitability through normal DWG decode/export paths remains unconfirmed because many TV strings are heap allocated by bit_read_TV(). This issue is fixed in version 0.14.1dCVE-2026-920927.4 ALT15.2%
——5A flaw was found in openshift-ansible. The installer container's `run` script downloads and executes remote inventory and dynamic scripts without integrity verification. A remote attacker, by performing a Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attack or compromising the HTTP server providing these scripts, could substitute an arbitrary executable. This malicious executable would then run with the installer's user ID (UID) and full cluster-provisioning privileges, leading to arbitrary code execution.7dCVE-2026-1187803.7 BAI6.7%
——2Forge (also called node-forge) is a native implementation of Transport Layer Security in JavaScript. Prior to 1.4.1, the affected implementation used pki.verifyCertificateChain(), pki.createCaStore(), duplicate subject names to process the relevant input or security decision. node-forge modified the CA store while trying certificates that shared a subject name during pki.verifyCertificateChain(). A failed chain verification could permanently remove trusted CA certificates from the store, causing later valid chains to fail and creating a persistent availability impact for applications that reused the store. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.1.3d
