——19Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 20.3.33, 21.2.25, and 22.2.1, @angular/router in Node.js server-side rendering fails to require auxiliary outlet URL segments to match routes configured for their outlet names. Crafted requests containing multiple unconfigured empty-path outlet groups can repeatedly evaluate the route configuration, construct duplicate ActivatedRouteSnapshot trees, execute canMatch guards and resolvers, and copy route parameters and queryParams for each outlet. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exhaust the Node.js heap or CPU and terminate an SSR worker when SSR is enabled, a route level contains an empty-path route or named outlet, upstream infrastructure forwards the request target, and the worker has a constrained heap. The allocation is transient rather than a persistent leak, and client-side SPAs and build-time prerendering are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 20.3.33, 21.2.25, and 22.2.1.3dCVE-2026-1192075.5 MÉD12.7%
——4pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.3, pypdf can consume excessive memory when strict mode loads a crafted invalid PDF dictionary. Nested parsing failures add repeated exception text to newly raised errors, allowing a small malformed dictionary to amplify into very large error messages. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.3.4dCVE-2026-118764—23.0%
——7minimatch is a minimal matching utility for converting glob expressions into JavaScript RegExp objects. Starting in 7.0.0 and prior to 11.0.1, src/index.ts implements firstPhasePreProcess() so that, at optimizationLevel 2 or higher, it repeatedly expands attacker-controlled **/.. pattern segments inside a fixpoint loop, allowing generated globParts entries to be processed and expanded again. secondPhasePreProcess() then compares the expanded entries pairwise, so a short malicious glob can cause excessive CPU and memory consumption during pattern compilation. This issue is fixed in version 11.0.1.3dCVE-2026-857837.5 ALT46.8%
——14Crypt::Age versions before 0.004 for Perl allow CPU exhaustion via an unbounded number of recipient stanzas, each costing an X25519 scalar multiplication in unwrap_file_key.
The header parser accepts any number of recipient stanzas, and unwrap_file_key tries every identity against every X25519 stanza. Each attempt runs a scalar multiplication, an HKDF and a ChaCha20-Poly1305 open. The header MAC cannot be checked first, because its key comes from the file key, which only a successful unwrap produces.
Each stanza is 98 bytes of attacker-chosen header and buys one scalar multiplication per identity held, and the file is rejected only after every one of them has run. A caller reaches this through decrypt, decrypt_file or decrypt_filehandle whenever it decrypts a file it did not write.7dCVE-2026-1106767.5 ALT42.0%
——13Cpanel::JSON::XS versions before 4.80 for Perl allow memory exhaustion by encoding exponent notation as full decimal digits under allow_bignum.
With allow_bignum, a JSON number with a fraction or exponent decodes to a Math::BigFloat, which stores the exponent separately and so decodes cheaply. Encoding it untyped or as JSON_TYPE_FLOAT writes the plain decimal form with one digit per unit of exponent. Nothing bounds the exponent, so the 12-byte text [1e30000000] encodes to 30 MB.
Untrusted JSON decoded with allow_bignum and encoded again can exhaust memory and CPU.8dCVE-2026-1099325.9 MÉD25.2%
——8undici is an HTTP client library for Node.js. In versions 5.15.0 through 6.29.0, 7.0.0 through 7.30.0, and 8.0.0 through 8.12.1, its WebSocket client, including the bundled WebSocket exposed by Node.js, can be driven to exhaust process memory by a malicious or compromised WebSocket server. For every PING frame received, the client automatically writes a PONG response and ignores the backpressure signal from the socket write, so a server that streams small PING frames while never reading the client's PONGs makes the outbound write queue and heap grow without bound until the Node.js process runs out of memory and terminates. The attack is remote and unauthenticated, needs only a normal WebSocket connection, and is asymmetric, since small inbound PINGs produce a much larger retained outbound queue, with availability the only impact. The issue is fixed in undici 6.29.1, 7.30.1, and 8.12.2, which pause WebSocket frame parsing when the automatic PONG response hits socket backpressure and resume on drain, bounding the outbound queue, and users should upgrade to one of those versions or later. There is no workaround.18d
