——5VoiceSentinel is a real-time voice moderation system for Minecraft servers. From 2.2.1 until 3.3.1, the optional report buffer feature has a race between retention cleanup and normal transcript writes. In `report_buffer.py`, `_maybe_cleanup()` uses an unlocked dictionary for once-per-hour cleanup throttling, allowing simultaneous `_cleanup_tenant()` operations for one tenant. Cleanup reads `transcripts.jsonl` and rewrites it in place without file locking or atomic replacement, while `report_buffer_append_async` uses `asyncio.to_thread` to append without synchronization. In `main.py`, concurrent `_processing_worker` tasks make this reachable in normal operation; `processing.worker_count` of two or more and public-pool servers sharing a `server_key` increase collisions. With `report_buffer.enabled` set to true, racing writes can lose, duplicate or corrupt transcript data and defeat `report_buffer.retention_seconds` pruning, allowing unbounded disk growth that can exhaust storage and crash the host or other services sharing it. The feature is opt-in and disabled by default. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.1.9d

——13Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, when Crass parses input containing `non-ASCII characters`, inefficiencies in tracking the positions of `multi-byte characters` result in superlinear parsing time. An attacker-controlled CSS input consisting of many `non-ASCII characters` can therefore cause excessive CPU consumption and potentially denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7.2d
CVE-2026-61847—

——13Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, when the `:preserve_comments` option is not enabled, which is the default, Crass discards CSS comments by recursively consuming the next token. An attacker-provided stylesheet containing a very large number of adjacent comments can cause excessive recursion and trigger a `SystemStackError`, denying service to the parsing application. Preserving comments avoids this recursive path. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7.8d
CVE-2026-61846—

——13Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, Crass recursively parses `CSS simple blocks and functions` without a depth guard. An attacker-controlled CSS value containing deeply nested blocks or functions can recurse until Ruby raises `SystemStackError`: stack level too deep, or cause excessive memory usage. Version 1.0.7 adds a configurable depth limit with a conservative default. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7.3d
CVE-2026-61845—

——10Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, Crass converts `CSS scientific notation` number values with unbounded exponentiation before clamping the result to `Float::MAX`. Applications that use Crass to parse attacker-controlled CSS strings can be forced to spend disproportionate CPU and memory parsing a tiny input, potentially resulting in a crash. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7.9d
CVE-2026-61840—

——7Quest Bot is an opensource Discord Bot. Prior to 1.1.9, the `image to GIF` command uses a request helper that validates a hostname's public IP addresses but then sends the actual request by hostname, causing a `second DNS lookup`. An attacker controlling a domain can return a public address during validation and an internal address during the connection, bypassing the internal-address protection through `DNS rebinding`. The command takes its address directly from user input and its developer-only gate is disabled in normal deployments, so any member of a server with the bot can trigger the flaw without special permissions. Requests are restricted to `HTTPS on port 443`, and content is returned only when the response is a `genuine image`. The impact is therefore mostly blind internal probing with limited retrieval of image responses from loopback or internal endpoints, not arbitrary internal-data disclosure. Common cloud metadata services using plain HTTP on another port are not reachable through this path. This issue is fixed in version 1.1.9.8d

——9Copernik XML Factory provides secure-by-default JAXP factory creation for Java. Prior to 0.1.2, Copernik XML Factory does not block XInclude resource resolution on the stock JDK provider after an application enables XInclude on a factory returned by `XmlFactories.newDocumentBuilderFactory()` or `XmlFactories.newSAXParserFactory()`, or on an `XMLReader` passed through `XmlFactories.harden()`. An application parsing untrusted XML can resolve attacker-controlled `xi:include` references to disclose local files or, through `http` references, reach internal network endpoints by server-side request forgery. Exploitation requires use of one of those factory/hardening APIs, the stock JDK provider with Apache Xerces absent from the classpath, explicit `setXIncludeAware(true)` or the equivalent reader feature, and XML from an untrusted source. The Xerces provider selected when Xerces is present and the Android provider are unaffected. This issue is fixed in version 0.1.2.3d

——15AdminNeo is a full-featured database management tool written in PHP. From 4.6.2 until 5.5.0, the unauthenticated `?script=version` endpoint accepts POST data without origin, CSRF or parameter-type validation. A `version[]` parameter becomes a PHP array that `bootstrap.inc.php` serializes into the shared `adminneo.version` cache. On later page loads, `design.inc.php` passes that cached value to `cookie()` and `rawurlencode()`, causing a `TypeError` rather than encoding a version string. A remote attacker can make the instance return HTTP 500 to all users for the cache's twenty-four-hour lifetime or until the poisoned cache is removed. Exploitation requires the web server to be able to write that shared cache; making it unwritable is an interim workaround. The issue retains the underlying type-validation defect reported previously in Adminer despite changes to AdminNeo's version-checking flow. This issue is fixed in version 5.5.0.9d

——2Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.1, the `RADIUS` authentication module opens an unconnected datagram socket and trusts the first UDP datagram received on the client source port. The receive path does not verify the source IP and port, match the response identifier to the outstanding request, or verify the RFC 2865 `Response Authenticator`; the RFC 2869 `Message-Authenticator` is neither sent nor required. Any non-Reject/non-Challenge packet is treated as success. On a deployment with a `RADIUS` module instance enabled on a login chain, an unauthenticated network attacker can race the real server on-path or spray forged `Access-Accept` packets off-path and obtain a session for any `RADIUS`-mapped username without knowing the shared secret. Unlike CVE-2024-3596, exploitation requires no MD5 chosen-prefix forgery because no response authenticator is checked. The resulting session carries the impersonated principal's privileges. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.1.3d

——10A flaw was found in GStreamer. An integer overflow vulnerability in the AV1 LEB128 variable-length integer parser allows a remote attacker to cause a crash in applications that process AV1 media content. By crafting a malformed AV1 bitstream containing an invalid LEB128-encoded value, an attacker can cause integer overflow in the parser, resulting in incorrect length values being used during stream processing, which can lead to a denial of service.3d

——8A flaw was found in the H.264 video parser in gst-plugins-bad. When processing a specially crafted H.264 video file or network stream with malformed Multiview (MVC) Sequence Parameter Set data, the parser can dereference a NULL pointer during the cleanup of partially allocated internal structures after a parse failure. This can cause the application using GStreamer to crash, resulting in a denial of service.3d
CVE-2026-1197276.5 MÉD

——5A flaw was found in GStreamer's gst-plugins-bad H.265 video parser. When parsing a specially crafted H.265 bitstream containing a Screen Content Coding (SCC) extension with certain palette predictor initializer settings, an integer underflow in the upper-bound computation allows the parser to accept an out-of-range value for the number of palette predictor entries. This causes the parser to write beyond the end of a fixed-size array, resulting in memory corruption and an application crash. An attacker can deliver the malformed bitstream as a local file or over a network stream such as HTTP, HLS, DASH, RTSP, RTP, or WebRTC. Successful exploitation requires the application to open or play that content, and is limited to a denial-of-service impact.3d

——1Insertion of sensitive information into a log file in Amazon Kinesis Producer Library for Java before 1.0.8, when the library's logger is configured at DEBUG log level, might allow local users to obtain the AWS credentials that the library resolved for the application. Separately, affected versions of the library pass these credentials to the native child process as command-line arguments, where a local user can read them from the process argument list. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 1.0.8 or later, rotate any long-term IAM user keys, revoke active role sessions where needed, and restrict or redact log data written by an affected version. 0.x users should migrate to software.amazon.kinesis:amazon-kinesis-producer 1.0.8 or later.9d
